Newcity’s Super Kitchen Cleaning Combo, an exceptionally powerful two-step cleaning system combining two of our strongest cleaning products: Acid Cleaner and Oven & Grill Cleaner. Designed for the toughest cleaning challenges in commercial kitchens, this heavy-duty combination targets stubborn carbon deposits, rust, grease, oils and heavily baked-on contamination found on grills, hobs, cooking equipment and other compatible surfaces.
Step 1 – Acid Cleaner: Begin with our powerful Acid Cleaner, designed to attack stubborn rust, mineral deposits, scale and carbon-containing build-up. This initial treatment targets tough surface contamination and helps prepare equipment for the next stage of intensive cleaning.
A thorough water rinse is essential between the two steps. Completely rinse away the Acid Cleaner before applying the second product. Never mix the two chemicals or apply them directly over one another.
Step 2 – Oven & Grill Cleaner: Follow with our extremely powerful alkaline Oven & Grill Cleaner, specifically formulated to break down stubborn grease, cooking oils, animal fats, carbonised grease and heavily baked-on food residues. Its aggressive degreasing action cuts through thick, persistent kitchen grime.
The power of this combination comes from its two distinct cleaning actions.
